Tim’s dual role as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for Thoughtware Worldwide, LLC, allows him to do what he does best: maintain a hands-on role in helping clients bridge the gap between technology and business in order to enhance customer value and satisfaction, while building an independent firm that validates the benefits of product and service investments.

Tim’s consulting career spans more than 20 years, having worked both domestically and internationally with such leading brands as Visa, MasterCard, Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo, E*Trade, CalPERS, JPMorgan Chase, Franklin Templeton, Coca-Cola, Pepsico and Pinault-Printemps-Redoute.

In addition to having helped launch the Customer Insight practice at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and the Database Marketing practice at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), Tim was previously Managing Director at Mainstay Partners.
